Garnett offers a complete fitting service for the replacement of shafts which have worn out through extensive use. In extreme cases where the shaft cannot be removed and replaced, our engineers will carry out an intricate metal spraying process which rebuilds the shaft with powdered metal to the required diameter.

Minor cracks on rollers can quickly expand and result in damage to rollers, this is both extremely difficult and expensive to repair. Garnett's metal stitching service offers an ideal solution to stop cracks developing.

We can carry this service out on-site should you require it, this further reduces the downtime of your machines.
